We were SO impressed by all of the designs submitted this year. We received a record number of entries, and the creativity, originality, and care put into each design truly stood out.
Once submissions closed, Bertha Earth Alumni and the BE team came together to review every entry and cast their votes. After much deliberation, one winner and four runners-up were selected.
Meet the Winner! Kari at Bishopshalt School
🎥 Watch Kari’s video interview to hear about her design and experience.
"In Bertha earth, I designed a badge for the competition, and I won! I made it a very detailed design, in a whale shape which was inspired by a Bertha earth session about whale song."
And her Winning Design
Kari’s design captured everyone’s imagination, standing out for its creativity, detail, and meaningful inspiration. Her badge is now being refined by a designer and will soon be passed to a sustainable badge maker for production.
These badges will be shared with:

Zachary (Harris Garrard)
Nysha (Rooks Heath)
Siyana (Central Foundation)

Thank You!
A massive thank you and well done to everyone who took part, you made this competition truly special. And a huge shoutout to our Ambassador Alumni community for helping to review and vote on the designs.
We can’t wait to see what next year brings. In the meantime, keep an eye out for more creative opportunities coming soon!
